Accounting VA – General Accounting & Payroll

Team Outsource is looking for an Accounting VA with experience in both US and PH Accounting to join our internal team. The role involves managing accounting operations, payroll processing while ensuring compliance with both Philippine and U.S. regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Process U.S. payroll using ADP or similar systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal tax laws.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and track business expenses.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are properly reviewed and recorded.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external accountants or auditors to ensure timely submission of financial data.

Qualifications
